We stand behind our items and it is our hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, we will happily provide you with an exchange for store credit or a refund.
Return Eligibility:
Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Royale & Co with postmarked packages within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed with no pet hair or scents. Hats/Headwear and Accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns for sanitary purposes. Shipping charges will not be credited for returns. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 5 business days to process your return.
All returns will be given store credit by default so please specify if you require a cash refund instead, this can not be changed once the item is processed.

- Store credit does not include shipping
- Accessories/Headwear and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges
- Any return or exchange must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Exact colors/pattern placement of merchandise may slightly vary on products due to lighting, photography lenses, monitor resolution, and product uniqueness. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our boutique is attempted.
